The Hardy Boys Books ~ Titles, Covers, and More

THE HARDY BOYS BOOKS

The Hardy Boys books are read and loved worldwide. Ever since the first volume was published in 1927, created by Edward Stratemeyer from New Jersey under the pseudonym Franklin W. Dixon, these mysteries have been bought, checked out of libraries, received as gifts, and borrowed from friends by many readers from many places. A lot of the volumes have been translated into a number of languages. Wherever you are, I hope you have access to the great volumes of the exciting mysteries of these two brothers, their family, their girlfriends, and their friends, and get to read of their mysterious cases and adventures that take place in Bayport and around the world. 🙂 I love solving mysteries with them! 🙂

Just because the various titles are listed here doesn’t mean I think everyone should read all of them or that they all have the characters written or portrayed correctly, especially considering the number of ghostwriters. The Hardy Boys books that are real Hardy Boys books must have the high standard quality of ethics and morality to count as Hardy Boys. That applies to all media formats. Using the characters’ names with any epic fail of writing or portraying them would make those not real and can never count – the Hardy Boys and the rest of the original characters wouldn’t be in them. That said, there are a lot of great, real Hardy Boys books. 😀 I haven’t read them all, but there are many I’ve read and loved, some I didn’t care for, and ones I’m really looking forward to reading. 🙂 Basically, if I can get my hands on a Hardy Boys book, I’m going to read it. 😀 I’ve been known to take stacks and stacks of books out of the library and read them all! 🙂 I read pretty fast. 😀

You never know at what time something will be added to this page, so please come back often and check it out – actually you will know because I’ll post a blog entry about it! 😛 🙂 Maybe info on an individual book, another cover, date, synopsis, people or places in the books, and interesting facts. 🙂 Each book I have reviewed so far will have a link with it and I’ll add new links to the page as I post them. 🙂

As you’re looking over the list of books and want to share which one you’re currently reading, you can post about it on Bayport/River Heights Library page. 🙂 It’s fun to share the enthusiasm of reading the cool Hardy Boys books! 😎
